At Steffi's Soaps, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade natural soaps and body products. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at SteffisSoaps@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Product Variations

As all products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, size, and appearance are normal and not considered defects.
